Decorating Ideas: Antique Mirrors?
I have 8 antique mirrors (mostly bevelled edged) that I've brought back from my tour in England. The mirrors are all different shapes and most are under 2' x 3' in size. I've seen mirrors in frames and I like that concept. Any ideas?

What does it mean if a picture of an antique mirror shows the Star of David?
You cannot see the symbol on the mirror in person. I took 3 pictures to post on e bay to sell the antique. When I looked at the pictures, each one had a different symbol in the mirror. One looked like the Star of David, one looked like an hour glass, and the last one I don't know. Does anybody know what this means?
Would you please contact me and share the pics. I will explain RevTomCat777@Comcast.net See More

Why are there spots on my antique mirror?
I recently inherited an antique make-up vanity that belonged to my Great Grandmother. The mirror has some spots on it that I guess are behind the mirror (i.e. they can't be cleaned off). I have noticed this before on old mirrors, does anyone know what causes this?

What are some ideas for non-traditional wall decor?
I'm thinking things that aren't flat like mirrors and art prints. So far, I've thought of small floor rugs and pillows. I have a modern home and my style is kind of eclectic. Ideas?

I'm mounting about 50 mirrors onto my wall, what are some good ways to do it?
I DO NOT want liquid nail, I need something that removes easily. The biggest mirror is about 16 inches, and 1.5 pounds. The smallest is 3/4 inches. These mirrors are permanent, but just in case they look stupid, or I'm sick of them, i want an easy way to remove them. I also DO NOT want to use traditional mounting because that would take FOREVER, and the mirrors are frameless so it might be tricky and hard. Thank You!
heavy duty both sided stickers, for the smal ones, and i guess something else for the big ones. asks the craft store people maybe. See More
My reccommendation is two-sided foam adhesive tape. It comes in sheets or rolls, wherever mirrors are sold. See More
